Mary Ann Severt-Overman, 85, of St. Marys, OH died Saturday August 13, 2016 at St. Marys Living Center.

She was born September 17, 1930 in Chickasaw, OH to Henry and Rosa (Holdheide) Kramer.

On June 9, 1951 she married Roman Severt, who died October 31, 1996. She then married Eugene Overman on October 25, 2003 and he died August 8, 2010.

Survivors include: son Patrick (Victoria) Severt of St. Marys, OH, daughter Jeanette Liette of St. Marys, OH, daughter Elaine (Dean) Blakeman of Monticello, KY, daughter Christine Madden off Cincinnati, OH, daughter Angela (Dan) Fleck of Celina, OH, son Mark (Linda) Severt of St. Marys, OH, daughter Lori (Ken) DeFeo of Costa Mesa, CA, son Paul (Amy) Severt of Austin, TX, son Daniel (Jan) Severt of St. Marys, OH, son Nick (Lisa) Severt of Cincinnati, OH, step-daughter Jean (John) Lore of Ansonia, OH, step-son Paul (Becky) Overman of Ft. Loramie, OH, step-daughter Martha Jutte of New Bremen, OH,  step-son John (Twyla) Overman of Lima, OH, numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She is also survived by: brother Norbert Kramer of Chickasaw, OH,  sister-in-law Lucille Kramer of Maria Stein, OH, sister-in-law Lucille Kramer of Celina, OH, sister-in-law Ellen Kramer of Chickasaw, OH, brother-in-law David (Emma) Severt of Wapakoneta, brother-in-law Fred Shawhan of St. Marys, OH, sister-in-law Sarah Dotson of Lima, OH.

She was preceded in death by: parents Henry and Rosa Kramer; 1st husband Roman Severt; 2nd husband Eugene Overman; son Joseph Severt; brother Albin Kramer; brother Leon Kramer; brother Othmer (Rose) Kramer; sister Freda Kramer; sister Agnes (Elmer) Knapke; sister Alice Kramer; sister Hilda Kramer; brother Werner (Marilyn) Kramer; sister Helen (Charles) Connolly; in-laws: Edna (Larry) Grewe, Loretta (Robert) Westerheide), Madella (James) Schnippel, Jeanette Severt, Rosemary Shawhan, Wayne Dotson; step-son-in-law Ken Jutte.

She attended high school in Maria Stein, OH. A homemaker and farm wife, she also worked as a caregiver to the elderly later in life. She was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church and its altar-rosary sodality.

Mary Ann will be remembered as a very friendly and helpful woman.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11:00 A.M. Friday, August 19, 2016, at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Saint Marys, Father Barry Stechschulte, celebrant. Burial will follow at Gethsemane Cemetery.

Friends may call from 2-8 P.M. Thursday at the Miller Funeral Home, 1605 Celina Road, Saint Marys, where memorial gifts may be given to the Holy Rosary Church Building Fund. Friends and family may also call from 9:00 A.M.-10:30 A.M. Friday at the funeral home prior to processing to Holy Rosary Church for the funeral mass.
