Monica - So sorry for your loss...Leo always brightened my day when he came into Dr Buchanan's office! His sense of humor matched my own & that's not an easy task! Hopefully you are doing well & your family will help you through this difficult time. Again ~ you have my deepest sympathy.

Dear Monica, Leslie, Robert, Paige, and all of Leo's Family, You have our sympathy and prayers during this difficult time. Uncle Leo was such a sweet and kind man for as far back as we can remember! We have many happy memories of time spent with him! We believe as you do, that he is with our Father God, our Saviour Jesus, and the Holy spirit right now, as well as with his many beloved family members who have passed on before him. The hour he died (the 3rd hour) is known as the hour one is closest to God. That has special meaning to us. Take comfort that Leo is in that wonderful place we are all striving to arrive at. We love you all.

I want you to know that I loved (and still love) my brother Leo very, very much. He was there for me in so many instances when I needed his help. He and I spent many evenings talking and joking and laughing at momma's kitchen table until we had tears. So many good memories!
We were so proud of him when he came home in his Army Ranger Paratrooper uniform during the Korean War, the only one in our family that I know of. We told him he was as cute as Clark Gable! I will miss him terribly, but look forward to visiting again with him in heaven. You all have my deep sympathy, love and prayers.

I am sorry about your dear Grandfather, and I hope that these promises from the Scriptures will bring you comfort. Jehovah God is close to the brokenhearted, and saves those who are crushed in spirit. And he will wipe away the tears from all faces. Psalms 34:18; Isaiah 25:8 NWT. Peace be with you.
