Betty J. Weiler, 92, of 930 Columbia Street in St. Marys, OH died Sunday January 8, 2017 at her residence.
She was born October 31, 1924 in St. Marys, OH to Samuel Ferris and Bessie (Goodwin) Cotterman.
On January 25, 1942, she married Richard B. Weiler, who died April 18, 2004

She was a homemaker and worked as a production employee from the Superior Tube Co. in Wapakoneta, OH.
She was a life member of VFW Post # 5713 auxiliary in Celina, OH.
Her favorite pastimes included camping, collecting angel figurines, hand painting birdhouses, and spending winters in Florida. Above all, she enjoyed spending time with her family. Betty was extremely proud of the fact that her family spanned five generations, encompassing a grand total of 138 descendants. She was a very caring person, who will be dearly missed!
Rites are scheduled to begin 10:30 a.m. Friday January 13, 2017 at Miller Funeral Home 1605 Celina Road (Ohio 703 West Chapel) in St. Marys.
Visitation 2 – 4 and 6 – 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
