William A. Rockwell, 73, of Wapakoneta, OH died Saturday March 20, 2021 at his residence.
He was born September 24, 1947 in Brooklyn, NY to William A. and Mary C. (Fritz) Rockwell, Sr.
On May 10, 1991 in Toledo, OH he married Karen Sue Jaynes, who died February 2, 2019.
Survivors include: son William (Sherry) Rockwell of Dickson, TN
son John (Charlotte) Rockwell of Centerville, TN
daughter Mary Kathleen (Andy Wildermatt) Douglas of Paris, MI
6 grandchildren: William Lee Rockwell, Tonya Hunley, Amber Rodabaugh, Jamie Martin, Nicholas Douglas, Sidney Douglas
5 great-grandchildren: Serenity Rockwell, Lee Ann Hunley, Odie Hunley, Arlis Hunley, Marciliene Rodabaugh
sister Barbara Ann Sexton; sister Dolly Gregorich; sister Mary Margaret Grandstaff; sister Linda Lou Smith; sister Erma Jean Smith

He was a veteran of the United States Army, having served his country during the Vietnam War.
A commercial truck driver, he worked for many years in the propane industry.
He was a life member of VFW Post #9289 in St. Marys, OH.
An avid outdoorsman, he especially enjoyed coon hunting.
Services are scheduled to begin at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday March 24, 2021 at the Miller - Long & Folk Funeral Home 314 W. High Street in St. Marys. Pastor Judy Baker will officiate the services.
Military funeral honors will be conducted at the funeral home, following the services.
Visitation 12:00 noon until 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home.
