Tyson D. Goubeau, 28, of rural St. Marys, OH died Monday April 27, 2020 in a boating accident on the Great Miami River in Sidney, OH.
He was born January 19, 1992 in St. Marys, OH to Douglas and Melinda (Hunter) Goubeau.
He is survived by: father Doug Goubeau of St. Marys, OH
mother Mindy Hunter of Celina, OH
brother Thomas (Treva Gordon) Goubeau of Celina, OH
sister Natasha (Richard Fontanini) Goubeau of Ft. Recovery, OH
brother Tyler (Samantha Anderson) Goubeau of Celina, OH
paternal grandparents Bill and Pat Goubeau of St. Marys, OH
maternal grandparents Ronald and Margaret Hunter of St. Marys, OH
nieces and nephews
His fiancee", Kristeenu Clack, died in the same accident.
He was a graduate of St. Marys Memorial High School (Class of 2010).
He was employed as a production associate for Agrana Fruit US, Inc. in Botkins, OH.
Family and friends were the most important thing in Tyson's life. "Uncle Tyson" will be dearly missed by his nieces and nephews.
It is important to note that Tyson lost his life after saving two others involved in the same accident. This was typical of him and defined his true personality -- always looking out for others!
Due to the guidelines recommended for the COVID-19 pandemic, private services and burial will be held.
In addition, a public Celebration of Life will be announced in the near future.
