Tana (Doan) Biederman

Tana Kay Marie Biederman, 68, of Wapakoneta, Ohio, died at 2:15am. Sunday, June 12, 2022, at her daughter’s residence.

She was born on January 27, 1954, in Saint Marys, Ohio, and was the daughter of Jack Doan & Don and Donna King.

She married Melvin Biederman and he preceded her in death on August 19, 2018.

She is survived by her children: Kris (Chuck) Owens of Saint Marys, Ohio, and Jim Dostal of Manton, Michigan. She is also survived by her grandchildren: Adriane (Pete Young) Owens; Charles Owens III; Jonathan Owens; Dillon Williams and Erin Owens.

She is also survived by her 9 great-grandchildren; and by her siblings: William (Janet) King of Cortland, Ohio; Jack (Joni) Rensing of Kenton, Ohio; Vicky Hatfield of Lakeland, Florida; Rhonda King of Pensacola Florida. By her nephew; Jack Tegrootenhuis of Fort Wayne, Indiana; and her niece, Casey Garcia of Grand Rapids, Michigan.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; brother Jack Doan and her sister Sheryl Norris.

Tana graduated from high school in Cadillac, Michigan. She attended beauty school and worked for many years as a waitress, and also at McDonald’s in Celina. She was a good seamstress and will be remembered for her very kind, friendly personality. She absolutely loved talking to people and making people laugh, she loved having fun. She also loved being with her family and taking vacations with them.
