With hearts full of love and sorrow, we share the brief but beautiful story of our precious daughter, Ruthie Jean Kroupa, who was born sleeping on July 30, 2025 at Miami Valley Medical Center in Dayton OH.
Ruthie was the beloved daughter of James Kroupa and Brooke Carder. She is the cherished twin sister of Arlo Kroupa and lovingly survived by her big brother Bentsen Frederick. She is also survived by her grandmother Lisa Byers (St. Marys, OH) and grandparents Joe and Betty Kroupa (Lima, OH.) Though she never took a breath in our world, Ruthie was active and full of life in the womb. A joyful and spirited presence that filled our hearts with anticipation and joy.
Our sweet girl was cradled in love every moment of her life and will remain forever in our hearts. We find comfort in knowing that she knew only love in her time with us.
She was carried only for a moment, but she is loved for a lifetime. Ruthie will forever remind us to cherish EVERY moment.
Private family services will be held.
Burial will take place at Morgan’s Place Cemetery in rural Shelby Co., OH.
“Our hearts break for moments we will never share together;
Our arms ache for the cuddles we will never have;
Our souls long for their forever missing piece”.
Always loved; never forgotten. Rest in peace, Ruthie Jean.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Miller Bros. Funeral Directors in St. Marys, OH.
