OBITUARY

Norma Jean Sturtevant, 95, of Natrona Heights, PA died 5:28 a.m. Thursday October 12, 2023 at Otterbein – St. Marys, OH.

She was born September 5, 1928 in Fairport, KS to John Andrew and Annie Ethel (Staggers) Nielsen.

Survivors include: daughter Deborah (Roger) Craig of St. Marys, OH

                              son James (Mary McGrath) Sturtevant of Horseheads, NY

                              7 grandchildren       8 great-grandchildren

Preceded in death by: parents John and Annie Nielsen; son Jon Sturtevant (1987); daughter Denise Sturtevant (1963)

Her favorite pastimes included watching game shows on television and cheering on the Pittsburgh Pirates and Pittsburgh Steelers sports teams. More than anything else, she treasured the time that she spent with her grandchildren.

Graveside funeral services are scheduled to begin at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday November 11, 2023 at the Birmingham Cemetery in Birmingham, OH.
