He retired from the Honda of America Manufacturing Engine Plant in Anna, Ohio, where he dedicated nearly 29 years as a production associate and coordinator. He was respected for his strong work ethic and steady, reliable nature.

Neil found joy in the simple and meaningful parts of life. He loved fishing, boating, trapping, winemaking, and woodworking, often sharing the results of his hobbies with those he cared about. He also had a happy, goofy side that made him a joy to be around. His playful humor, big smile, and lighthearted spirit could brighten any room, and he loved bringing joy to others.

Family meant everything to Neil. He cherished every moment spent with his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, and he held tightly to the importance of family traditions. He especially loved hosting family reunions, bringing everyone together, sharing stories, and creating memories that will last for generations.

Neil leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and togetherness. His kindness, humor, and devotion to his family will continue to live on through the people who knew him best and loved him most.
