Martha Fry-Wisener

Martha (“Marty”) Regina Wisener (59) died April 2, 2020 surrounded by her children at her son’s home in Galloway, Ohio after a short battle with Congestive Heart Failure and was diagnosed with Cardiac Amyloidosis shortly before passing. 

 She was born May 22, 1960 in St. Marys, OH to Helen (Elsea) and Harold “Butch” Fry. 

On May 19, 1984 she married William “Bill” George Wisener who preceded her in death on November 24, 2012. 

Her survivors include: daughter Emily (Joe) Chilcoat of Billings, MT, a son Brian (Jessica) Wisener of Galloway, OH, daughter Nichole (Evan) Zircher of Colorado Springs, CO. 4 grandchildren Callan and Aidan Chilcoat and Aurora and Carter Zircher. Brothers and sisters Jake (Arlen) Fry of St. Marys, OH, Brenda Fishbaugh of Celina, OH, Louis (Susan) Fry of St. Marys, OH, and Sandra (Jim) Wieman St. Marys, OH. 

Proceeded in death by: parents Helen and Harold “Butch” Fry, husband William “Bill” Wisener, brother Lee Fry, and sister Tana Wenning.

Marty loved spending time with her family and friends around a campfire or around a pool. She loved listening to a variety of music like Journey and Christian music. She also loved making Christmas treats with her children and grandchildren, being outdoors, going to fish fries, and being an active member of Wayne Street United Methodist Church. She enjoyed reading a good book, going to her favorite restaurant Beer Barrel, and visiting her children and her grandchildren. 

She will be remembered as a fierce mother and friend, always having a smile on her face and a joyful tone to anyone she met, a true love of life, and outgoing personality.

Due to COVID restrictions being lifted the Celebration of Life is scheduled for June 25, 2021 at 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Celina’s Lakeshore Park Shelter House in Celina, OH and burial ceremony will be June 26, 2021 at Elm Grove Cemetery at 1:00 p.m.     .
