Margaret Ketcham Obituary

Margaret E. Ketcham, 69, of Celina, OH died 9:40 a.m. Friday November 20, 2020 at Shane Hill Nursing Home in Rockford, OH.

 

She was born May 20, 1951 in St. Marys, OH to Walter and Pearl (Coon) Burden.

 

She is survived by: son Scott Ketcham of Celina, OH

                                son Lucas Ketcham of Celina, OH

                                son Brian (Julie Jordan-Ketcham) Ketcham of Portland, IN

                                sister Jean (Gary) Baltzell of Rockford, OH

                                sister Kay Lauth of Rockford, OH

                                sister Rosalee Burden of Rockford, OH

                                brother Randy (Pat) Burden of Celina, OH

                                nieces and nephews

 

Preceded in death by: husband Max M. Ketcham; parents Walter and Pearl Burden; brother David Burden; brother John Burden; sister Sharon Coffman; sister Betty Dailey

 

A certified nursing assistant, she had worked at Van Wert Co. Hospital , Colonial Nursing Home, Briarwood Manor and Otterbein. She also worked for Cooper Foods. In addition, she worked many activities held at the Grange Hall on the Mercer Co. Fairgrounds.

 

She was a member of Bethany United Methodist Church in Celina, OH.

 

She enjoyed singing, jigsaw puzzles, camping and being in the great outdoors. She was great fun and liked to make others laugh. Above all, she loved her family and spending time with them.

 

Rites are scheduled to begin 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday November 24, 2020 at the Miller - Long & Folk Funeral Home 314 W. High Street in St. Marys, OH. The Rev. Jonathan Exman will officiate the services.

 

Visitation 3 - 7 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home.
