Larry E. Bendler, Jr., 53, of St. Marys, OH died 4:40 a.m. Friday May 28, 2021 at Lima Memorial Health System.

He was born February 22, 1968 in Marysville, OH to Larry E. and Christine ""Marsho" (Stidham) Bendler.

On June 27, 1998 in Marysville, OH he married Jodi Carpenter, who survives.

Also survived by: sister Marilyn (Edward) Myers of North Lewisburg, OH

                             Brother Terry Bendler of St. Marys, OH

                             Sister Christy (Kevin) Davis of North Lewisburg, OH

                             Numerous nieces and nephews

                             Members of the extended Carpenter family

Preceded in death by: parents Larry and "Marsho" Bendler; sister Carol Sue Reuter; sister Patricia Frederick

His favorite pastimes included fishing, hunting, playing cards and video games. Known affectionately as "Airy" or "Uncle Bubba", he treasured times spent with family and close friends. He was also an ardent fan of The OSU Buckeyes football program.

Rites are scheduled to begin 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday June 1, 2021 at the Miller Funeral Home 1605 Celina Road (Ohio 703 West) in St. Marys.

Visitation 5 - 7 p.m. on Tuesday.
