He was born September 25, 1971 in St. Marys, OH.

He is survived by: twin brother Kevin D. Powers of Celina, OH

                              step-father Dennis Kitzmiller of Minster, OH

                              aunt Pamela Helmlinger of St. Marys, OH

                              aunt Yvonne (Nick) Houts of Montezuma, OH

                              uncle Terry (Lisa) Blagg of Ft. Loramie, OH

                              grandmother Wanda Blagg of St. Marys, OH

                              many cousins and friends

Preceded in death by: mother Connie (Blagg) Kitzmiller; grandfather George Blagg; uncle Randy Helmlinger

He was a graduate of Minster High School (Class of 1990).

His favorite pastimes included playing FARKLE and video games. More than anything else, he enjoyed spending time with his family and close friends.
