OBITUARY

Karen D. Hatcher, 73, of Lima, OH died 6:05 p.m. Saturday November 29, 2025 at the Cridersville Care Center.

She was born January 17, 1952 in Lima, OH to Lewis “Dick” and Dorothy (Hook) Felver.

Survivors include:

Son Bobby Golden of Lima, OH

Son Darold (Jennifer) Golden of Lima, OH

Son Joey (Clyda) Golden of Lima, OH

Step-son Michael Hatcher of Lima, OH

Grandchildren: Mercedes Hatcher, Sierra Hatcher, Jordan Hatcher, Lauren Hatcher, Tyler Golden, Morgan Golden, Austin Gilroy, R.J. Golden, Kylee Golden, Ashlynn Golden

Preceded in death by:

Father Lewis “Dick” Felver; mother Dorothy Felver-McCullough; sister Joyce Ruffner; husband of 37 years Robert Hatcher; step-son Robert Hatcher, Jr.

She was a graduate of Lima Sr. High School.

She worked as a nursing assistant and activities assistant at the Kenton Nursing & Rehabilitation Center for many years.

Her favorite pastimes included making all types of crafts and needlepoint projects. A gracious hostess, she enjoyed planning and hosting elaborate parties for friends and family. More than anything else, she absolutely treasured spending time with her grandchildren.

A gathering of family and friends is scheduled from 6 - 8 p.m. on Tuesday at the Miller - Long & Folk Funeral Home 314 W. High Street in St. Marys, OH.
