Gloria Joy (Dickerson) Rempe

OBITUARY

Gloria Joy Rempe, 84, of St. Marys, OH died 5:00 a.m. Saturday March 9, 2024 at Miller Place in Celina, OH.

She was born June 8, 1939 in St. Marys, OH to Carl and Nadine (Miller) Dickerson.

On December 23, 1960 in Decatur, IN she married Thomas H. Rempe, who survives.

Also survived by: daughter Janean (Jim) Reish of Clarendon, TX

                             son Randy (Brenda) Rempe of St. Marys, OH

                             4 grandchildren: Angie Reish, David Reish, Erin Rempe, Ethan Rempe

                             6 great-grandchildren

Preceded in death by: parents Carl and Nadine Dickerson; granddaughter Emily Kaye Rempe

She was a graduate of St. Marys Memorial High School (Class of 1957).

A homemaker, she also worked at the G.C. Murphy Co. and Lane Drugs, both in St. Marys.

Her favorite pastime was reading.

Rites are scheduled to begin at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday March 13, 2024 at the Miller - Long & Folk Funeral Home 314 W. High Street in St. Marys. Burial will follow at the Elm Grove Cemetery in St. Marys.

Visitation 12:00 noon - 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home.
