Gloria Jean (Strahm) Cole

Gloria Jean Cole, 62, of Lima, OH entered the gates of heaven on Saturday November 6, 2021 at Celina Manor Nursing Facility.         

She was born July 17. 1959 in Lima, OH to Donald N. and Rebecca A. (Hanks) Strahm.

Survivors include: son Matthew Cole of Gastonia, NC

                             daughter Stephanie Cole of Jefferson, SC

                             sister Sherry Cole of Lima, OH

                             sister Donna Hughes of Wapakoneta, OH

                             sister Christine Rank of Lima, OH

                             nieces and nephews

                             half-brother Ronald (Jill) Ackerman of Lima, OH

Preceded in death: husband Cecil “Rusty” Cole; parents Donald N. and Rebecca A. Strahm; brother Charles Strahm; paternal grandparents Noel and Ruth Strahm

Gloria was a graduate of Elida High School (Class of 1977).

She worked as an administrative assistant in Ohio and North Carolina also, and as a sales associate at the Meijer Store in Lima.

She enjoyed reading and crocheting gifts for her nieces and nephews. She will always be fondly remembered as a “loving aunt”.
