OBITUARY

David Lee Ball, 26, of Oakwood, OH died 7:30 p.m. Saturday February 10, 2024 at OSU Medical Center in Columbus, OH.

He was born December 26, 1997 in St. Marys, OH to John Henry and Jodie Ann (Holsinger) Ball.

Survivors include: father John H. Ball of Oakwood, OH

                             sister Jenny (Ryan) Logan of Spencerville, OH

                             sister Judith Ball of Van Wert, OH

                             brother John (Stacie) Ball of St. Marys, OH

                             sister Jeannie (Nicholas) Westgerdes of Celina, OH

                             brother Jacob (Emily) Ball of Delphos, OH

                             a large extended family including aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews

Preceded in death by: mother Jodie Ball; sister Jessica Wilkins; paternal grandparents Jack and Grace Ball; maternal grandparents Edgar and Rosemary Holsinger

He was a graduate of Minster High School (Class of 2016).

He enjoyed cookouts, amusement parks, WWE wrestling, Grease II, Tom & Jerry, McDonald’s and Dr. Pepper. He had a fascination for emergency vehicles, especially fire trucks.

Rites are scheduled to begin at 11:00 a.m. on Friday February 16, 2024 at the Miller Funeral Home 1605 Celina Road (Ohio 703 West) in St. Marys. Pastor Ken Meyer will officiate the services. Burial will follow at the Elm Grove Cemetery in St. Marys.

Visitation 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. on Thursday the funeral home.
