OBITUARY
Billy E. Felver, 78, of Lima, OH (formerly of Wapakoneta and St. Marys) died 5:14 a.m. Tuesday March 4, 2025 at Lima Convalescent Home.
He was born May 16, 1946 in St. Marys, OH to Basil and Reva (Chaney) Felver.
On June 3, 1970 he married Carolyn Dunlap, who preceded him in death on August 21, 2021.
Survivors include: son Michael (Diana) Rosell of St. Marys, OH
daughter Lisa (Tony) Vanchure of Troy, OH
daughter Melanie Felver of Lima, OH
daughter Misty Felver of Lima, OH
son Basil (Amber) Felver of Coldwater, OH
grandchildren: Nicholas (Allie), Brandon, Megan (Nick), Ashley, Christopher (Sierra), Courtney (Blaine), Ashlee, Sylvia, Cindy, Hunter, Braxton, Brayden, McKenna
numerous great-grandchildren

Preceded in death by: parents Basil and Reva Felver; former wife Carolyn Dunlap; brother Richard “Butch” Felver; brother Bobby Jo Sanders; sister Mary Margaret Gibson
He had been employed at the Buckeye Mart in Piqua, OH, St. Marys Cotton Mill and Terry’s CB Sales and Service in St. Marys and Cooper Farms in St. Henry, OH.
His walk with God began with the Calvary Chapel Independent Baptist Church in Minster, OH; he recently attended the Harvest Baptist Church in Wapakoneta, OH. He was a member of Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie #370 in Lima and #691 in Wapakoneta, OH.
Faith and family were the cornerstones of his life, and he instilled his strong beliefs into the lives of his children. Friendly and outgoing, he brightened the room wherever he went. His favorite pastimes included dancing, playing BINGO, gambling, fishing, playing cards, karaoke, listening to Southern gospel music and watching classic westerns on television. He absolutely treasured the time spent with his family and close friends.
Rites are scheduled to begin at 10:30 a.m. Monday March 10, 2025 at Harvest Baptist Church 1301 Navajo Trail in Wapakoneta, OH. Pastor Tony Dirr will officiate the services.
Visitation 2 - 4 and 6 - 8 p.m. on Sunday at the Miller Funeral Home 1605 Celina Road (Ohio 703 West) in St. Marys, OH.
