OBITUARY
Barbara Donoff, 90, of Celina, OH died at 5:10 p.m. Monday June 9, 2025 (her 90th birthday) at Otterbein – St. Marys, with her loving family at her bedside.
She was born June 9, 1935 in Paintsville, KY to Olima and Edna (Fisher) Rose.
On September 5, 1970 in Somerset, KY she married David Paul Donoff, who survives.

Daughter Lisa McPherson of Murfreesboro, TN
Daughter Sherri Donoff of Wapakoneta, OH
2 granddaughters: Karman and Michelle
Sister JoAnn Rose of Somerset, KY
Preceded in death by:
Parents Olima and Edna Rose; step-son David M. Donoff
She was a graduate of Central High School (Class of 1954) in Xenia, OH and then attended Art School. While growing up, she was involved with the 4-H Club, performed as a vocalist with the solo and ensemble musicales and performed at the Ohio State Fair in 1953. She continued singing throughout her life, blessing all who heard her ANGELIC voice.
As a civil employee of the United States Air Force Technology Division, she was an Editor assigned to the Wright-Patterson Air Force Base Installation in Fairborn, OH, from which she retired in June of 1990 following 30 years of service.
A very caring and sweet-spirited person, she served her local churches as a Sunday School teacher for senior women and contributed countless hours of volunteer work to various organizations.
Her favorite pastimes include traveling and spending time in nature (especially, bird-watching). An accomplished artist who dabbled in oils and watercolors, she created many beautiful paintings of the landscapes she had viewed in her lifetime.
