OBITUARY

Aaron Wayne Davis, 47, (formerly of St. Marys, OH) died Monday December 2, 2024 at his residence in Celina, OH.

He was born May 23, 1977 in St. Marys, OH to Terry and Charlotte (Flack) Davis, both of whom survive.

Also survived by: brother Nathan Davis of Lima, OH

                            sister Cece (Sheehan) Wheeler of Wapakoneta, OH

                            sister Jennifer (Charles) Tuttle of St. Marys, OH

                            niece Abigail Tuttle

                            3 nephews: Reece Wheeler, Sam Wheeler, Ben Tuttle

He attended St. Marys Memorial High School and was a graduate of  The Ohio State University and DeVry Institute. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. Recently, he was attending Wright State University Lake Campus, pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering.

He worked at Bartlett’s Carry Out in St. Marys. When his parents reached the point of needing a full-time caregiver, he assumed the role without reservation. Aaron faithfully checked-in with his parents every day, assisting them with activities, running errands, taking them to appointments and cooking meals.

Aaron was kind to animals, especially cats, and often took care of strays. He was also passionate about music; he enjoyed mixing records to make new sounds and attended numerous concerts. A thrill-seeker, he loved riding roller coasters.

Aaron will be remembered as a very kind and loving soul who truly enjoyed helping others.

Private family services will be held.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be directed to SART in St. Marys, where he had volunteered.
