Sandra L. Lentz, 63, of St. Marys, OH died Friday August 25, 017 at her residence.

She was born June 27, 1954 in Fairborn, OH to Coy J. and Dorothy Mae (Swartz) Bullen.

She is survived by:  son Kevin Meeks of Wapakoneta, OH

                                son Jason (Anna Cox) Meeks of Greenville, OH

                                son Michael Keyton of St. Marys, OH

                                mother Dorothy Wietholter of Celina, OH

                                sister Cathy Bullen of St. Marys, OH

                                brother Mike Bullen of St. Marys, OH

                                sister Carol (Charlie) Knous of St. Marys, OH

                                brother Mark Sholler of St. Marys, OH

                                brother Dave Sholler of Delaware, OH

                                brother Chris Sholler of St. Marys, OH

                                brother Kevin (Maria “Sis”) Sholler of Montgomery, AL

Preceded in death by: father Coy J. Bullen; step-father Ronald Wietholter

She was a graduate of Spencerville High School (Class of 1972) and Apollo Career Center College of Nursing.

A licensed Practical Nurse, she worked at Otterbein – St. Marys and the Celina Manor Nursing. She also worked as a bar tender at C & C Loft and Lounge in downtown St. Marys.

Her favorite pastimes included crocheting, cooking and listening to music.

Funeral rites will be 5:00 P.M. Wednesday, August 30, 2017, at Miller Funeral Home Ohio 703 West Chapel, St. Marys, Ohio. Rev. Craig Cisco will officiate the services. The family will receive friends from 1:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M. Wednesday in the funeral home.
