Richard Henry Walters, age 64, died July 4, 2019 at his home in Jackson Center, OH.

He was born June 2, 1955, the son of Henry Joseph and Jean (Burton) Walters.

He is survived by his brother Jim (Kelly Ward) Walters, of St. Marys, OH; Sister Sandy (James) Dunlap of St. Marys, OH; sister Karen (Richard) Witt of Jackson Center, OH; sister NancyRawlings, Jackson Center, OH. He is also survived by his dog, Buddy.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

He was a high school graduate. He was a United States Navy veteran. Prior to becoming disabled, he worked in factories and was a truck driver.

Private family services will be held at a later date. Burial with full military honors will take place at Dayton National Cemetery, Dayton, OH.
