Mildred Rickman, 98, passed away peacefully, November 21, 2017 at Otterbein, St. Marys, Ohio with her children by her side.

She was born in Lima, Ohio to William and Delia Bond Harper on October 8, 1919.

She married Woodrow W. Rickman who preceded her in death on September 3, 2012.

She leaves behind one son, Woodrow W. (Sharon Duncan) Rickman II of Indian Harbour Beach, Florida and St. Marys, Ohio; One daughter, Vickie Beining of Lima, Ohio; Five grandchildren, Michael (Marina) Rickman, Matthew C.U. Rickman, Matthew (Amanda) Beining, Jennelle Beining, Ashley Beining, one great granddaughter Natalia Rickman and many other nephews, nieces and other relatives.

She was preceded in death by a sister Velma Thomas and brothers Harold and William Harper.

During her life Mildred was a housewife, a cashier at Brodbecks Market in St. Marys, and she was very proud of her work as a Democratic Election Judge for 14 years. She was very strong in her faith.

A memorial service will be held 11:00 A.M. Saturday,December 2, 2017, at the Miller Funeral Home, 1605 Celina Road, Saint Marys, Elder Robert Deitsch, officiant. Burial  will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery.
