Fred L. Collingsworth, Jr., 46, formerly of St. Marys, OH died Monday June 4, 2018 at his residence in Lima, OH.

He was born May 1, 1972 in St. Marys, OH to Fred L. and Sue (Lower) Collingsworth, Sr.

He is survived by: son Brayden Collingsworth of Berne, IN

                             son Parker Collingsworth of Berne, IN

                             fiance’ Christine Marie (Garman) Neely of Lima, OH

                             father Fred Collingsworth, Sr. of Lima, OH

                             sister Glenda Garrison (John Prouty) of Lexington, KY

                             brother Jeff Collingsworth

                             uncle Dale Collingsworth of St. Marys, OH

                             aunt Joy Gehle of Rockford, OH

                             aunt Linda Stamm, Haines City, FL

                             uncle Al Collingsworth of Tennessee

                             uncle Ed Collingsworth of Tennessee

Preceded in death by: mother Sue Collingsworth

He was a graduate of St. Marys Memorial High School (Class of 1991).

Prior to becoming disabled, he worked as a production employee for Copeland Corp. in Sidney, OH and as a custodian for South Adams Co. Elementary School in Berne, IN.

His favorite pastimes included playing his guitar, listening to music, fishing and spending time with his friends and family.

Rites are scheduled to begin 7:00 p.m. Friday June 15, 2018 at Miller Funeral Home 1605 Celina Road (Ohio 703 West Chapel) in St. Marys. The Rev. Bill Drummond will officiate the services.

Visitation 4 - 7 p.m. on Friday at the funeral home.
