Erma J (Irish) Langenkamp

Erma J. Langenkamp, 85, of 1002 Hackney Street in St. Marys, OH died 1:51 a.m. Friday January 19, 2017 in the emergency department of JTDM Hospital in St. Marys.

She was born August 5, 1932 in St. Marys, OH to James and Hazel (Stoker) Irish.

On February 25, 1949, she married Thomas A. Langenkamp, who died March 8, 1983.

Survivors include:  son Timothy (Sheila) Langenkamp of Versailles, OH

                              daughter Tracey (Kirk) Borns of St. Marys, OH

                              numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren

                              step-daughter Vickie Suchland of Wapakoneta, OH

                              daughter-in-law Shelley Langenkamp of Wapakoneta, OH

                              son-in-law Roy Hatfield of St. Marys, OH

Preceded in death by: parents James and Hazel Irish; husband Thomas Langenkamp; son Thomas Langenkamp; daughter Susan Marlow; daughter Jodi Hatfield; son Ted Langenkamp

She was a homemaker and a member of the Holy Rosary Catholic Church in St. Marys.

Her favorite pastimes included fishing, camping and spending time with her family.

Rites are scheduled to begin 1:00 p.m. Tuesday January 23, 2018 at the Miller – Long & Folk Funeral Home (314 W. High Street Chapel) in St. Marys, with Deacon Martin Brown, officiating.

Burial will follow at the Gethsemane Cemetery in St. Marys.

Visitation 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home on High Street.
