Douglas E. Miller, Sr. , 59, of Mendon, OH died unexpectedly 8:30 p.m. Sunday June 23, 2019 at his residence.

He was born April 2, 1960 in Troy, OH to Charles and Patricia (Kiser) Miller.

Survivors include: mother Patricia Miller of Piqua, OH

                             daughter Kristina (Tom) Miller of Mendon, OH

                             daughter Wanda Miller of Wapakoneta, OH

                             son Douglas "Buster" Miller, Jr. of Mendon, OH

                             son David Carter of Columbia, KY

                             4 grandchildren

                             sister Karen Wessel of Piqua, OHsister Cheryl (Bill) Kiefer of Celina, OH

Preceded in death by: father Charles Miller

He was a graduate of Mendon-Union High School (Class of 1979).

Prior to becoming disabled, he had worked as a truck driver and at Cooper Foods.

His favorite pastimes included watching NASCAR and the Cleveland Browns.

Rites are scheduled to begin 4:00 p.m. Friday June 28, 2019 at the Miller - Long & Folk Funeral Home 314 W. High Street in St. Marys. Pastor Jake Boroff will officiate the services.

Visitation 1 - 4 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
