She was born June 8, 1962 in St. Marys, OH to Harley and Mary (Eveland) Frederick.

                              3 grandchildren: Logan, Lindsey and Emma

                              brother Robert (Patricia) Frederick of Ripley, WV

                              sister Cheryl (Donald) Huebner of Quaker City, OH

                              brother Harley (Pam) Frederick of Albert Lea, MN

                              brother William (Carolyn) Frederick of Celina, OH

                              sister Anna (Jim) McMurray of St. Marys, OH

                              sister Peg (Rev. Elmer) Davis of St. Marys, OH

Preceded in death by: parents Harley and Mary Frederick; brother Charles Frederick; brother John Frederick; sister Mary Ann Horton; significant other Rick Acuna

She was a homemaker.

Her favorite pastimes included spending time with her family and friends.

Rites are scheduled to begin 11:00 a.m. Saturday March 10, 2018 at Calvary Christian Fellowship 302 W. High Street in St. Marys, OH with Pastor Jim Sweigart, officiating.

Burial will follow at Resthaven Memory Gardens, near Moulton, OH.
