Jerry Lee Werling

Jerry Lee Werling, 57, of Commercial Point, OH, died Wednesday March 7, 2018 in the emergency department of Lima Memorial Health System.

He was born May 3, 1961 in St. Marys, OH to Ronald and Jean )Peggs) Werling.

On March 5, 1999 he married Thavorn “Tukata” Werling, who survives.

                            sister Sarah Leigh Werling of Pine Ridge, FL

                            brother Steve Werling of Lima, OH

                            brother The Rev. Paul (Lisa) Werling of Muncie, IN

                            brother Ron (Rita) Werling of Orlando, FL

                            numerous nieces and nephews   great-nieces and great-nephews

Preceded in death by:  parents Ronald and Jean Werling; sister Rhonda Werling; brother Roger Werling

He was a graduate of Wapakoneta Senior High School (Class of 1979) and attended Columbus College of Art and Design.

A talented artist, he worked many years creating works in the mediums of Painting, sculpture and glass-blowing. Much of his glass work was created at the Franklin Park Conservatory in Columbus.

Rites are scheduled to begin 5:30 p.m. Monday March 26, 2018 at the Miller Funeral Home 1605 Celina Road (Ohio 703 West Chapel) in St. Marys. His brother, the Rev. Paul Werling, will officiate the services.
