Harriet Evelyn “Evie” Chiles, 87, of 136 S. Beech Street in St. Marys, OH died 12:35 p.m. Thursday May 12, 2016 at her residence.

She was born August 31, 1928 in Montezuma, OH to John J. and Nevilla E. (Apgar) Hunsaker.

On November 18, 1950 at Richmond, IN she married George D. Chiles, Jr., who survives. They were married for 65 years.

She was a homemaker.

She was a member of Grace Missionary Church in Celina, OH.

Her favorite pastimes included reading and spending time with her family.

Rites are scheduled to begin 11:00 a.m. Monday May 23, 2016 at Grace Missionary Church 510 Portland Street in Celina, OH with Pastor Bruce Head, officiating.

Burial will take place at the Elm Grove Cemetery in St. Marys, OH.

Visitation 2 – 6 p.m. Sunday at Miller Funeral Home 1605 Celina Road (Ohio 703 West Chapel) in St. Marys.
