Mary Buchs Wirwille, 101, formerly of 115 South Buckeye Street, Saint Marys, died 2:05 A.M. Friday, June 10, 2011, at Otterbein Saint Marys Retirement Community. 

She was born September 12, 1909, in Wapakoneta, Ohio, the daughter of Joseph and Elizabeth (Tebben) Buchs. 

She married Charles W. Wirwille on October 15, 1938 and he preceded her in death on November 15, 1973. 

She is survived by her two children: Jane (Curt) Clear of Las Vegas, Nevada; Don (Nikki) Wirwille of Saint Marys; by five grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and a granddaughter, Ashley Clark. 

Mary was a graduate of the Blume High School in Wapakoneta and Northwestern Business College. She retired after many years as a secretary at the Burke Insurance Company in SaintMarys.  She was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Saint Marys. She loved playing cards with her many friends. 

Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, June 14, 2011, at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Saint Marys. Burial rites will follow at Gethsemane Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to either Holy Rosary Catholic Church or Otterbein Saint Marys Retirement Community.
