MaLinda L. Williams, 57, formerly of rural Mendon, OH died 4:35 p.m. Friday May 16, 2008 at the Lima Memorial Health System in Lima, OH following an extended illness.

She was born February 13, 1951 in Celina, OH to Don & Evelyn (Baker) Williams.

Survivors include: mother Evelyn Williams of Shane Hill Nursing Home in Rockford, OH

brother Terry (Sharon) Williams of Celina, OH

brother Rick (Sandy) Williams of New Haven, IN

brother Ted (Sue) Williams of Wapakoneta, OH

brother Rob Williams of Ohio City, OH

brother Tim (Deb) Williams of St.Marys, OH

18 nieces & nephews; several great nieces & great-nephews

She was preceded in death by: father Don Williams

She had attended school in the former Mendon-Union district.

Prior to her disability, she had worked at the McDonald Industries in Spencerville and had also been a cook at the Motor Inn Truck Stop in Mercer, OH for a number of years.

She especially loved children and took great interest in the lives of her nieces and nephews.

Services are scheduled 10:30 a.m. Wednesday May 21, 2008 at the Miller Funeral Home (Ohio 703 West Chapel) in St.Marys, with the Rev. Bill Drummond, officiating. Private family burial will take place at a later date in the Mendon Cemetery in Mendon, OH.

Visitation for family and friends will be held 5 - 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
