Dorothy D. Thiebeau, 72, of 14198 Glynwood-New Knoxville Rd in St.Marys, OH died 7:25 a.m. Monday, July 28, 2008 at her residence. 

She was born April 6, 1936 in Pineville, KY to John Edward and Ava (Webb) Rhodes. 

On November 27, 1959 in Tazwell, TN, she married Norman R. Thiebeau, who survives. 

She is also survived by:

¨ 3 grandchildren: Shannon, Casey and Spencer Thiebeau

¨ Brother, Matt (Alma) Rhodes of St.Marys, OH

¨ Sister, Brenda Wilder of Van Wert, OH

¨ Sister, Pauline (John) Daniel of St.Marys, OH

¨ Sister, Thursa Sharp of St.Marys, OH 

She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Ava Rhodes; infant son, Delbert Thiebeau; brothers, Lowell Rhodes and Murphy Rhodes. 

She was a homemaker. 

She was a member of the St.Marys Missionary Baptist Church.

She enjoyed cooking, canning, crocheting and collecting dolls.

Services are scheduled 10:30 a.m. Thursday July 31,2008 at the St.Marys Missionary Baptist Church,04990 Auglaize County Rd.33-A, with Minister Perry Mason and Minister Alva Daniel officiating.

Visitation will be held 2-4 and 6-8 at the Miller-Long and Folk Funeral Home, 314 West High St., St.Marys, OH.  Memorial contributions may be directed to the Auglaize County Cancer Association.
