Jerry Lee Sutter, 45, of 236 North Spruce Street, Saint Marys, was found dead Thursday, December 17, 2009, at his residence. The cause of death is under investigation by the Auglaize County Coroner’s Office.

He was born July 26, 1964, in Van Wert, the son of Dick and Linda (Boroff) Sutter. They both preceded him in death.

He is survived by one brother, Jay Sutter of Willshire, Ohio; by a niece, Jamie (Eric) Nieberding of Celina.

He was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents.

Jerry was a 1982 graduate of Saint Marys Memorial High School. He attended Wright State University.

Jerry owned rental homes in Saint Marys and he had previously been employed at Setex Corporation.

Funeral rites will be held 7:00 P.M. Wednesday, December 23, 2009, at the Miller Funeral Home, 1605 Celina Road, Saint Marys, Father Anthony Cutcher, officiant.

Private family burial rites will be held at the Calvary Cemetery in Mendon.
