Esther Ann Stroh, 91, a resident of the Saint Marys Living Center and formerly of Spruce Street in Saint Marys died 4:10 P.M. Friday, May 15, 2009, at the Saint Marys Living Center.

She was born February 16, 1918, in Saint Rose, Ohio, the daughter of John and Catherine (Tuente) Kleinhenz.
She married Richard Strohon February 1, 1944; he preceded her in death on May 4, 1997.

She is survived by her son, Don Stroh (and Tamme Posada) of Saint Marys; by three grandchildren: Luke Stroh ( and Jessica Reeder)of Fort Wayne, Indiana; Nathan Stroh of Saint Marys; Katy Stroh ( Jason Perez) of Wapakoneta; by two great-grandchildren: Seth and Kylie Stroh.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, five brothers and four sisters.

Esther was a 1936 graduate of Saint Marys Memorial High School. She was a homemaker and a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, May 20, 2009, at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, the Reverend Anthony Cutcher, celebrant. Burial will follow at Gethsemane Cemetery.

Friends may call from 2-6 P.M. Tuesday at the Miller Funeral Home, 1605 Celina Road, Saint Marys, where memorial donations may be directed to Holy Rosary Catholic Church.
