Louisa C. Schrolucke, 100, formerly of 205 Bielefeld Street in New Knoxville, OH died 6:15 a.m. Monday February 23, 2009 at the Auglaize Acres Nursing Home in Wapakoneta.
She was born September 9, 1908 in New Knoxville, OH to George & Sarah (Fledderjohann) Maneke.
She was married March 28, 1928 to Elmer Schrolucke, who died November 2, 1951.
Survivors include:
Daughter, Lela VanLeuven of McComb, MI.
Son, Marvin Schrolucke of New Philadelphia, OH
Daughter, Sharon (Beverly) Minnich of Piqua, OH
Daughter-in-law, Annette Schrolucke of New Knoxville, OH

Sister, Martha (Adrian) Settlage of New Knoxville, OH
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son Ralph Schrolucke, sisters: Frances Rain & Mary Maneke; brother Raymond Maneke.
She retired from the New Knoxville Local School District, where she was head cafeteria cook. She was a life-long member of the First United Church of Christ in New Knoxville and its women’s guild. She was an avid quilter and enjoyed playing cards.
Funeral services are scheduled 11:00 a.m. Saturday February 28, 2009 at the church, with the Very Rev. Dr. David A. Williams, O.C.C., officiating. Burial will follow at the Pilger Ruhe Cemetery, near New Knoxville.
Visitation for family and friends will be held 4 - 8 p.m. Friday and after 9:30 a.m. Saturday in the Heritage Room of the church.
