Olga “Ollie” Schnelle, 87, of 401 W. South Street in New Knoxville, OH died 3:50 a.m. Friday, March 2, 2007 at the Lima Memorial Hospital, Lima, OH.

She was born November 17, 1919 in Washington Twp., Auglaize Co., OH to Henry W. & Mary Sarah (Schroer) Vohs.

On June 9, 1942, she married Norman E. Schnelle, who survives.

She is also survived by:

· Brother Reinhard Vohs, New Knoxville, OH

· Sister-in-law Magdalene Vohs, New Knoxville, OH

· Nieces and nephews

Mrs. Schnelle is preceded in death by: her parents and brother, Leonard Vohs.

She was a 1937 graduate of  New Knoxville High School.  Ollie retired as a production employee of the Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. in St.Marys, OH.

She was a member of the First United Church of Christ in New Knoxville and its Women’s Guild.

She enjoyed sewing and was an avid card player, having belonged to eight different card clubs.

Services are scheduled 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 6,2006 at the United Church of Christ, New Knoxville, OH, with the Rev. David Williams officiating.

Burial will follow at the Pilger Ruhe Cemetery in New Knoxville.  Visitation will be held 12:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 6 until the time of the services at the Church.
