Garet O. Schmehl, 20, of 17906 State Route 66 in St. Marys, OH died 2:15 p.m. Thursday November 10, 2011 at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, from injuries received in an automobile accident that occurred November 7, 2011.

He was born August 29, 1991 in St. Marys, OH to Tony and Renee (Craft) Schmehl.

his parents, Tony & Renee Schmehl  of St. Marys, OH

sister,  Megan Schmehl  of St. Marys, OH

paternal  grandmother, Dolores Schmehl  of St. Marys, OH

maternal grandmother, Ruth Craft  of St. Marys, OH

numerous aunts, uncles and cousins

He was preceded in death by:   paternal grandfather Lee Roy Schmehl, maternal grandfather Carl Craft

He was a 2010 graduate of Memorial High School in St. Marys. He attended Rhodes State College in Lima, studying computer science.

He was employed as a production employee for Agrana Fruits Corp. in Botkins, OH.

He was a member of the Monticello United Brethren Church.

He enjoyed playing video games, bowling, playing loud music and all things electronic.

Funeral services are scheduled 10:30 a.m. Wednesday November 16, 2011 at Monticello United Brethren Church 21057 State Route 116 in Spencerville, OH, with Pastor Andrew Atkins, officiating. Burial will follow at the Elm Grove Cemetery in St. Marys.

Visitation 2 – 8 p.m. Tuesday at Miller Funeral Home 1605 Celina Road (Ohio 703 West Chapel) in St. Marys.
