Leonard “Lenny” Revolt, 72, of 1105 Robin Road, Saint Marys, died 9:25 A.M. Saturday, December 5, 2009, at the Saint Marys Living Center.

He was born February 27, 1937 in Piqua, Ohio, the son of Charles and Ruth (Miller) Revolt. His father preceded him in death and his mother, Ruth Revolt Alexander survives in Saint Marys.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by five sons: Tony (Anita) Revolt of Saint Marys; Scott Revolt of Saint Marys; Eric Revolt of Saint Marys; Shawn Revolt of Saint Marys; Chad (Christal) Revolt of Sidney; by a brother, Todd Revolt of Saint Marys; by 12 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Revolt, and step-father, Conley Alexander.

Lenny was a veteran of the United States Navy. He retired from the Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company in Saint Marys, where he had worked for 40 years. He had also worked as a bartender at Eagles Lodge 767 in Saint Marys.

He was a member of American Legion Post 323 in Saint Marys and VFW Post 9289 in Saint Marys. He loved restoring cars.

Funeral rites will be held 10:30 A.M. Wednesday, December 9, 2009, at the Miller Funeral Home, 1605 Celina Road, Saint Marys, the Reverend Tim Smith, officiant. Burial will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery.

Friends may call from 2-4 and 5-8 P.M. Tuesday at the funeral home, where memorial donations may be directed to the First Church of the Nazarene in Saint Marys.
