Virginia Reddicliffe, 84, a resident of Dorothy Love Retirement Community, Sidney, and formerly of Saint Marys, Ohio, and Kingwood, Texas, died 12:05 A.M. Sunday, February 17, 2008, at Wilson Memorial Hospital in Sidney.

She was born May 27, 1923, in Auglaize County, Ohio, the daughter of Charles and Adilene (Anderson) Osborne.

She married Harold A. Reddicliffe and he preceded her in death.

She is survived by several siblings: Juanita (Charles) Doseck of Saint Marys; Billie Lou Englehart of Bryan, Ohio; Donald (Shirley) Osborne of Sidney; Jack (Lois) Osborne of Portland, Indiana; Melva (Kevin) Stisser of Anderson, Indiana; a sister-in-law, Ruth Ann Osborne of Bryan, Ohio.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, two sons: Robert and Donald Balliet; by two sisters: Vivian Fuller and Marie Osborne; two brothers: Charles and Dale Osborne.

Virginia was a 1941 graduate of Saint Marys Memorial High School. She had formerly belonged to Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Saint Marys. She retired from Exxon Corporation, Houston, Texas, where she had been an executive secretary for many years. She enjoyed quilting, traveling and hunting; she was a member of the Exxon Annuitant Group.

Private family services will be held at the Miller Funeral Home, 1605 Celina Road, Saint Marys. Burial will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery.
