Jeffrey W. Palmer, 49, of 3965 Celina Road in St. Marys, OH died Saturday May 14, 2011 at his residence.
He was born July 7, 1961 in Nuremburg, Germany to John W. and Erika (Plobner) Palmer.
He is survived by:

Twin brother, Jerry (Mary Lee) Palmer of Longwood, FL
Sister, Pamela (Larry) Stafford of Dahlonega, FL
Sister, Terry Ann (David) Trageser of South Riding, VA
Brother, David Palmer of Conyers, GA
Girlfriend, Peggy Ann DuBois of St. Marys, OH
He was a 1979 graduate of American High School in Ansbach, Germany. He was currently enrolled as a full-time student at University of Northwestern Ohio in Lima, OH, studying HVAC installation/repair.
He had formerly owned and operated “Nifty 50’s” restaurant in St. Marys and worked in machine maintenance at Kongsburg Automotive Industries in Van Wert, OH.
His favorite pastimes included cooking and tinkering. Jeff was an outgoing, friendly guy with a heart of gold.
He was Roman Catholic.
Services are scheduled 10:30 a.m. Thursday May 19, 2011 at Miller Funeral Home 1605 Celina Road in St. Marys, with the Rev. Anthony E. Cutcher, officiating. Private family burial will take place in Georgia.
Visitation for family and friends will be held one hour prior to services.
