Tim Oehrtman, 58, of 13615 Barrington Road, St.Marys, died unexpectedly on Saturday, March 5, 2011, at his residence.

He was born August 8, 1952, in Celina, Ohio, the son of Arthur and Marjorie (Burkhart) Oehrtman.

He married Elaine Doseck on January 27, 1979 and she survives at the residence.

He is survived by his five daughters: Michelle (Trey) McKinney of Saint Marys; Jennifer (Jason) Luedeke of New Knoxville; Hilary (Jon) Dicke of Saint Marys; Heather (Ryan) Schott of Lima; Jill (Kris) Holland of Monrovia, Indiana; by one brother, Terry (Sue) Oehrtman of Lancaster, Ohio; by his in-laws, Phil (Ruth) Doseck of Saint Marys; by nine grandchildren: Michael Chaney; Makenna Luedeke; Emma Luedeke; Mason Dicke; Olivia Dicke; Braydn Schott; Noah Holland; Jude Holland; Joel Holland.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Tim was a 1970 graduate of St.Marys Memorial High School; he graduated from The Ohio State University and also Hondros College and the Midwest School of Auctioneering. Tim was a realtor/broker and the owner of Glory Real Estate and Auction Service in St.Marys from 1991-2006. He was currently employed at Saint Marys Chrysler involved in commercial sales. He enjoyed volunteering at Sources Community Network, where he helped secure home assistance for needy members of the community. He liked to fish and loved spending time with his grandchildren. He attended Walnut Grove United Methodist Church in St.Marys.

Funeral rites will be held 11:00 A.M. Friday, March 11, 2011, at the Miller Funeral Home, 1605 Celina Road, St.Marys, the Reverend Steve Weatherly, officiant. Burial will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery.

Friends may call from 2-4 and 6-8 P.M. Thursday at the funeral home, where memorial donations may be given to a charity of the donor’s choice.
