Jeanne E. Newlove, 90, 1300 Circle Drive, St.Marys, OH died on Sunday, April 24, 2011 at the Otterbein-St.Marys Retirement Center.   

Jeanne was born on December 8, 1920 in rural Wood County, OH, the daughter of Claude and Marian (Boltz) Brobst. 

She married Clyde P. Newlove on April 23, 1941 at the Miraculous Medal Catholic Church in North Baltimore, OH and he preceded her in death on October 5, 2000. 

She is survived by:

Son, Dane (Karen) Newlove of St.Marys, OH

3 grandchildren:  Lindsey, Amanda and Troy Newlove 

Jeanne graduated in 1938 from Cygnet High School and she retired in 1983 from District 1 of the Ohio State Patrol where she served for years as the Drivers License Examiner.   

She was a devoted mother and grandmother who greatly loved following the activities of her grandchildren.  She was a dedicated follower and fan of all of the St.Marys Memorial High School music groups.  

She was especially fond of her favorite Bassett hound, Cocoa. 

She was a member of the Holy Rosary Catholic Church in St.Marys, OH

Funeral services will be held 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, 511 E. Spring St., St.Marys, OH, the Rev. Anthony Cutcher officiating.  Burial will follow at New Maplewood Cemetery, North Baltimore, OH.

Visitation will be held 4 - 8 p.m. Wednesday at Miller Funeral Home, 1605  Celina Road, St.Marys, OH.
