Robert E. Nedderman, 88, of 10431 Auglaize Co. Road 66-A in St.Marys, OH died 8:50 p.m. Wednesday May 2, 2007 at he JTDM Hospital in St.Marys.

He was born March 8, 1919 in German Twp. -- Auglaize Co., OH to William & Florentina (Witte) Nedderman.

On September 28, 1940 in New Bremen, OH he married Leota E. M. Quellhorst, who survives.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers Marvin & Alfred Nedderman.

He was a dedicated farmer in St.Marys Twp., who took great pride in his life’s work.  He was an active member of the Hillsdale United Brethren Church in St.Marys, and a past member of both the New Bremen Historical Society and the National Farmers’ Organization.

His hobbies include gardening, working in his summer-kitchen woodshop and attending county fairs and antique tractor shows. He took special interest in Ford farm tractors.

He was a devoted Christian, who exhibited a deep love for God, his family and all of God’s creations.

Funeral services are scheduled 10:00 a.m. Monday May 7, 2007 at the Hillsdale United Brethren Church 701 Holly Street in St.Marys, with the Rev. Elmer Long, officiating. Burial will follow at the German Protestant Cemetery in New Bremen, OH.

Visitation 2 - 6 p.m. Sunday at the Miller Funeral Home (Ohio 703 West Chapel) in St.Marys.  Memorial contributions may be directed to either the Hillsdale UB Church or the New Bremen Historical Society.
