Donald Eugene Moeller, 76, of St.Marys, OH passed away Friday, July 11, 2008 at the St.Marys Living Center, St.Marys, OH. 

He was born Oct. 21, 1931 in DeGraff, OH, a son of Marion Arthur and Rathia (Strong) Moeller.  They preceded him in death. 

He left school in the 8th grade to help with the family farm.  Donald joined the US Army, serving from 1951 to 1953 as an MP. 

He met and then married Stephanie Sue (Patterson) Moeller Dec. 24, 1954 in Liberty, IN and they shared a loving family together. 

Donald retired from WPAFB as a firefighter Captain in May 1982.  He was a member of the American Legion Post 39, Vero Beach, Fl and VFW Medway.  He also drove semi for Evans Potato Company in New Carlisle for several years.   

Donald will be missed by his family: daughters and sons-in-law Heidi (Guy R,) Dennings of St.Marys, Kim Moeller of Vero Beach, FL and Linda (David) McNamara of Kettering, OH; sons and daughters-in-law, Lewis Moeller of Farmersville, OH, Ward (Ellen Brown) Moeller of  New Carlisle; grandchildren, Sarah (Dennings) Turpin, Guy Benjamin Dennings, Brandi Marie Briddell, Meghan Moeller, Stephanie Moeller, Rachael Moeller, Erika Moeller, Destry Moeller, Zachary Moeller and Sierra Moeller.
