Ethel E. Miller, 92, of 17227 Conant Road, Wapakoneta, Ohio, died 2:00 P.M. Sunday, April 10, 2011, at her residence.

She was born September 1, 1918, in Saint Marys, the daughter of Harry and Carolyn (Erinfort) Ashbaugh. 

She married Fred Taylor and he preceded her in death. She then married Arlie Miller and he preceded her in death.

She is survived by her two children: Susan Dodson of Saint Marys; William (Carol) Taylor of Wapakoneta; by 8 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren;3 great-great-grandchildren. 

Ethel was preceded in death by her parents, both husbands, a daughter, Carolyn Ann Taylor; a son, Harry Taylor; two brothers: William and Harry Ashbaugh; two sisters: Leona Shoffstall and Darlene Hurlburt. 

She retired from Auglaize Acres Nursing Home where she had been an aide for many years. She also did housekeeping for many area families.She enjoyed reading and cleaning. The joy of her life was her family.

She attended Kossuth United Methodist Church. 

Funeral rites will be held 11:00 a.m. Thursday, April 14, 2011, at the Miller-Long and Folk Funeral Home, 314 West High Street, Saint Marys, Ohio. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memory Gardens.

Friends may call from 2-4 and 6-8 P.M. Wednesday at the funeral home, where memorial donations may be directed to Grand Lake Hospice.
