Terry Lynn Meeker, 43, of 712 N. Washington Street in Delphos, OH, died 7:15 p.m. Saturday, July 18, 2009 in the emergency department of St.Rita’s Medical Center in Lima, OH following a sudden illness. 

He was born May 4, 1966 in St.Marys, OH to Wilfred and Dorothy (Sanders) Meeker. 

On June 15, 1996, in Delphos OH he married Lisa Kay Shindeldecker, who survives. 

He is also survived by:

¨ Brother, John Meeker of St.Marys, OH

¨ Sister, Cassie (John “Jr.”) Slone of St.Marys, OH

¨ Nieces and nephews:  Dustin (Ashley) Poeppelman, John Slone III, Ashley Slone, Zachary Oakes, Cody Oakes, Audrey Oakes

¨ Aunt/close friend, Joanne Hoffman of Delphos, OH

¨ Pet dog, T.J. 

Terry was a 1985 graduate of Memorial High School in St.Marys, OH.  He had worked in production at the W.C. Wood Co. in Ottawa. 

He enjoyed animals, especially dogs, and detailing automobiles.

Services are scheduled for 1:00 p.m. Friday, July 24, 2009 at the Miller Funeral Home, 1605 Celina Road, St.Marys, with the Rev. Elmer Long officiating. 

Visitation for family and friends will be held 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
