Dennis Ellis, 55, of 217 South Vine Street, St.Marys, OH, died suddenly at 2:57 A.M. Saturday, March 10, 2007 in the

emergency department of Joint Township Hospital.

He was born September 12, 1951, in Celina, OH, the son of Bevan and Laura (Chilcoat) Ellis. They preceded him in death.

He is survived by his lifelong partner, Connie Sawmiller of St.Marys, OH.

He was preceded in death by his parents; by one daughter, Christina Sawmiller; by one brother, Tom Ellis.

Dennis was a graduate of Saint Marys Memorial High School. He had served in the Ohio National Guard. He had retired from the Saint Marys Foundry.

He enjoyed fishing and watching professional wresting and NASCAR events. He loved spending time with his grandchildren.
