Vanessa Kayana Lopez, three-weeks old, of 120 Villa Nova Blvd. in St. Marys, OH died Friday September 30, 2011 at Toledo Children’s Hospital. 

She was born September 7, 2011 in Toledo, OH to Hector and Gerri (Bonifas) Lopez. 

She is survived by:

Sister, Leticia Lopez age 5 of St. Marys, OH

Brother, Diego Lopez age 2 ½  of St. Marys, OH

Maternal grandfather Rick Brown,  of Nelsonville, OH

Maternal great-great grandmother, Geraldine Minnich  of St. Marys, OH 

She was preceded in death by her brother, Hector Lopez; Jr.; brother, Balentine Lopez; sister, Natalie Lopez; paternal grandfather, Ulbadino Lopez; maternal step-grandmother, Deb Brown; maternal great-grandfather, Leon Rupert; maternal great-great-grandmother, Angela Boberg.

Services are scheduled 7:00 p.m. Thursday October 6, 2011 at Miller Funeral Home 1605 Celina Road (Ohio 703 West Chapel) in St. Marys, with the Rev. Judy Ball, officiating..

Visitation 5:00 p.m. until time of services on Thursday at the funeral home.
