Phillip M. Lewis, age 55, of 117 South Main St., St.Marys, OH, died at his home on June 25, 2011. 

He was born September 5, 1955 in Celina, OH, the son of Raymond K. and Nora (Colwell) Lewis. 

He is survived by:

¨ Daughter, Mahala Lewis of Savannah, GA

¨ Granddaughter, Eisabella Bush of Savannah, GA

¨ Sister, Bonnie (Bruce) Opperman of Elida, OH

¨ Sep-sister, Judy (Chuck) Cuffaro of Gold Canyon, AZ

¨ Several nieces 

He was preceded in death by his father, Raymond K. Lewis; mother, Nora Lewis-Harris; brother, Keith Michael Lewis and his step-father, Paul Harris. 

Mr. Lewis was a 1973 graduate of Memorial High School in St.Marys and had attended Wright State University.  He was a United States Army Veteran.  He had been employed at Safeway Packing where he was a forklift operator.  He loved to golf and loved listening to music.  He was an avid supporter of the Cleveland Browns and the OSU Buckeyes.  He loved his daughter very much and was especially proud of his granddaughter.

Funeral rites will be held Thursday, July 7, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. at Miller-Long and Folk Funeral Home, 315 West High Street, St.Marys, OH, Pastor John Mobley officiating.  Visitation will be held from 6:30 to 7:00 p.m.  at the funeral home.
