Debra Jean Hensley, 56, of 511 South Beech Street, Saint Marys, Ohio, was found dead on Saturday, July 2, 2011, at her residence.

She was born January 2, 1955, in Saint Marys, the daughter of Virgil “Jack” and M. Jean (Chilcoat) Keysor. Her mother survives in Saint Marys.

She was married to James W. Hensley on June 23, 1973 and he preceded her in death on May 29,2008.

She is also survived by her three children: Jack (Katie) Hensley of Saint Marys; Charity (Rodney) Kuck of New Knoxville; Bryant “BeBop” (Chrissy) Hensley of Saint Marys; by six grandchildren: Boston, Corey, Skyler, Natalie, Teighan and Aylssa; by two sisters: Judy (Randy) Myers of Saint Marys; Linda (Lacy) Cramer of Saint Marys.

Deb’s sister, Sharon Well-Dicke died one day before Deb; she was also preceded in death by her father, and a brother, Rick Keysor.

She was a 1972 graduate of Saint Marys Memorial High School. She worked in the housekeeping department at Heritage Manor Nursing Home in Minster. She enjoyed swimming and fishing. Her grandchildren were the love of her life. She will be remembered as a very friendly person with a big heart.

Since Deb died one day after her sister Sharon, a joint funeral service will be held at 10:30 A.M. Friday, at the Miller Funeral Home, 1605 Celina Road, Saint Marys, Ohio, Pastor Robert Mabry, officiant. Sharon will be buried at the Spencerville Cemetery and Deb will be buried at Elm Grove Cemetery in Saint Marys.

Calling hours for both sisters will be held from 2-8 P.M. Thursday at the funeral home, where memorial donations for Deb may be made to the family in lieu of flowers.
